Are your cartridges remanufactured or refilled?
Our cartridges are definitely NOT refilled. We are not drillers and fillers who only open the cartridge, fill it up with toner and sell it as is. The remanufactured products we sell, which include most laser toner and inkjet cartridges, are completely refurbished with all internal components being replaced if needed and meeting the manufacturer's specifications 100%! All other products are compatibles or OEM (original equipment manufacturer).

What is a Remanufactured cartridge?
Original products disassembled and rebuilt with new parts, if needed. Fully tested, inspected and certified to specific ISO 9001 standards to meet print quality and performance standards. They are all safely and securely packaged before shipping, and guaranteed to be free from defect in material and workmanship during the lifetime of the product.

What are Compatible cartridges?
A compatible cartridge is a new product manufactured to meet the original manufacturer's specifications. These products are guaranteed to be free from defect in material and workmanship during its lifetime.

What are the benefits of remanufactured or compatible cartridges?
They are a reasonably priced alternative to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) cartridges. You get all of the performance at a fraction of the cost.

Do the remanufactured cartridges last long as the OEM?
Yes! All of our remanufactured cartridges are manufactured according to the OEM specifications and standards.

Will the use of a remanufactured cartridge harm my printer?
No! A cartridge is a self-contained unit. Major corporations utilize this practice to cut costs. Once a cartridge is remanufactured, the product is tested prior to packaging. Thousands of cartridges are being tested daily and have never caused a printer to break.

Will using a remanufactured cartridge void my warranty?
Absolutely not! Manufacturers are prohibited by law from voiding your machine's warranty for using alternative cartridges. It is a violation of Federal Law 93-637 January 4, 1975 Section 102-part C to void a warranty for using a properly remanufactured toner cartridge.
